Can caffeine addiction cause you to be extremely tired when you don't drink coffee in the morning?
I've been drinking 3 or 4 cups of coffee every morning for years. I have recently been plagued with acid reflux and the coffee makes the condition worse. I've tried drinking de-caffeinated coffee or de-caf tea instead, but I find that I am extremely tired by mid-morning and the rest of the day. It gets so bad that I think I'm going to fall asleep at my desk. So, then I drink a cup of coffee to stay awake and I get heartburn. Is there a solution.
well yes , when you quiet you will also get really bad headache too, but after 4-5 days your body adjust it and you will be fine. make sure you wont go back the same as before. i drink green tea and you will also lose weight. it is great.
